We all had so much fun playing in the snow this morning. It was really cold but it does not happen very often so we had to make the most of it.
On Friday 16th of December, all pupils wore their christmas jumpers to school to raise money for Concern. They all brought in a pound each and walked a mile in laps around the playground. The total amount of money raised was £534.
A very big THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored our P1&2 children on their Ditch the Dark sponsored walk. We had a very long and enjoyable walk around Ballycastle. We raised £1201.75. We will share the photographs of our new toys with you in the new year.
Well done to our Primary 5, 6 & 7 children who performed so well in the school Carol Service on Wednesday evening. Primary 5 told the Christmas story through readings and the Nativity tableau, Primary 6 played tin whistles and chime bars, enhanced by a harp and violin solos as well as singing the carols. Primary 7 set the scene with three beautiful carols to introduce the Carol Service, and provided a strong choral lead from the gallery throughout the service.
The Christmas Carol Service is now available to view on the Parish website.

This morning the School Council headed off to Bushmills Primary School to evaluate a digital tv screen to see if it would be beneficial for our P5 P6 playground. They had alot of fun and were treated to some hot chocolate on the way home.
